I went to lunch with my mom and they had this vase on the table. I liked the way the shadows of the leaves looked like a pattern on the vase.
This is a cell phone shot. The colors were really faded when I downloaded the picture so I used "auto contrast" in Picasa to pick them up a bit.
Lovely contrast of textures: the petals, the green leaves, and the smooth white vase.
